FREE SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK RESCHEDULE AND EXCHANGE REQUESTS

RESCHEDULE REQUEST

Partners, Young Partners, and Supporter Plus donors may request to be rescheduled for a future date up to 24 hours (1 day) before their scheduled performance. Unfortunately, due to limited theater capacity and the timing of our Free Digital Lottery, we are unable to honor requests for a reschedule past that point. Please contact us through the Partners Desk, Supporters Desk, or call 212.967.7555 for assistance with rescheduling.


INCLEMENT WEATHER EXCHANGE

Cancellation decisions are made in consultation with weather professionals with a specific forecast for The Delacorte Theater at the scheduled performance time. The safety of our audience, artists, and staff is greatly weighed into any decision. If a performance is cancelled at any point due to inclement weather, before or after it has begun, patrons in our Partners, Young Partners, and Supporter Plus membership programs may re-book for another performance date. Credits will be returned to donors' allotments the day after the performance cancellation. Re-book online by logging into your account, contacting the Partners Desk or Supporters Desk, or by calling 212.967.7555. If you leave the theater on your own accord or choose not to attend a performance that was not cancelled, exchanges will not be offered.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the option to exchange tickets for anyone who received tickets through any of our free distribution points. Still, we encourage you to join the free lottery, standby, or other free distribution points again for a chance to return for a future performance.
