On Demand Streaming of Free Shakespeare in the Park productions.
This summer, throughout May and June, everyone will have free access to stream The Public’s Free Shakespeare in the Park productions of MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING (2019), MERRY WIVES (2021), RICHARD III (2022), and the premiere of HAMLET (2023), recorded live from The Delacorte Theater in Central Park by THIRTEEN for Great Performances on PBS.
Streaming Schedule:
- May 3-June 30: MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING
- May 10-June 30: HAMLET
- May 17-June 30: MERRY WIVES
- May 24-June 30: RICHARD III
Visit the pages linked above, click the "Register to Receive More Information" button, sign up, and you’ll receive updates and viewing links once they become available starting in May. You can also stream the movies via the PBS app on supported devices.

Videos will be available to stream through the PBS website on your computer or mobile device.

DOWNLOADING/VIEWING ON THE PBS APP:
- Visit the App store on your supported device
- Search PBS
- Download the app called “PBS: Watch TV & Documentaries”
- Open the PBS App
- Click the icon labeled “Shows” on the icon bar the bottom of your screen
- Scroll until you see the “Great Performances” icon
- Scroll until you see the Shakespeare video of your choice
