CHILDREN AT PERFORMANCES AND EVENTS

Our policies vary per location and type of event; below are other specifics:

• Children under five will not be admitted into our venues unless expressly noted on the production or event page for productions and events at The Public Theater. As sensitivities vary from person to person, if you wish to attend a show or event with a child five or older, please call us at 212.967.7555 or Send us a Message with specific questions regarding the content of a production before purchasing tickets.
• Joe's Pub welcomes all ages to their performances and events, but please be aware that some performances may include adult language and topics. As sensitivities vary from person to person, if you have specific questions regarding the content, please call us at 212.967.7555 or Send us a Message.
• All ages are welcome for productions and events at The Delacorte Theater, including Free Shakespeare in the Park. Still, only children five and older may receive complimentary tickets through our distributions. Children under age five are not required to have a ticket and may sit on a parent or guardian's lap during the performance. Parents and guardians are responsible for the behavior of children during a performance. They will be asked to exit the theater if their child becomes a distraction to the performance or other patrons around them.
