We are happy to assist; please Send us a Message for assistance. As a note, changing your email address on file will also require updating your website username and possibly your password for our website.

Please follow the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails to unsubscribe or update your contact preferences for The Public Theater.

Please log in to your Public Theater Account, and proceed to your MY ACCOUNT page, which is accessible by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top right of the page in a desktop view. If accessing our website from a smartphone or other handheld device, please click the EDIT ACCOUNT option to visit the MY ACCOUNT page. Please scroll down below the UPDATE INFORMATION button, and there is a link entitled REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT. Please click it and follow the prompts to delete your Public Theater account.
