CANCELLED PERFORMANCE MY ACCOUNT FUNDS
If we must cancel a performance for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible by email, robocalls, and text messages. We will also place the cost of your tickets and service fees on your MY ACCOUNT so that you can rebook your tickets online, by phone, or by visiting our box office. Your MY ACCOUNT funds can also be used to donate to The Public, or you can request a refund which will be returned to your original payment form.
RETURNED TICKETS MY ACCOUNT FUNDS
If you cannot attend a performance, you can return your tickets online, call us at 212.967.7555 or Send Us a Message, or visit us in person at The Taub Box Office. The cost of your tickets and service fees will be placed in your account for future use. Your MY ACCOUNT funds can buy tickets for future performances, purchase gift certificates, or donate to The Public. Ticket funds and service fees will not be refunded to the original payment form once placed in your MY ACCOUNT. Partners who used benefits to reserve tickets for a performance will have their benefits returned to their yearly allotment and not receive any financial refund. MY ACCOUNT funds will expire annually on August 15 of each calendar year. Any funds remaining on August 15 of each year will automatically be transferred to The Public Theater as a tax-deductible donation. We encourage you to use any Ticket Credits before the expiration date.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE MY ACCOUNT FUNDS?
You may use MY ACCOUNT funds to purchase tickets, gift certificates and make donations to The Public Theater. MY ACCOUNT funds cannot be used to buy food, drinks, or goods at any of our venues. Call us at 212.967.7555, visit The Taub Box Office at The Public, or visit our website and log in to make a ticket purchase or donation. Before finalizing your purchase or donation, our agents and website encourage you to use your MY ACCOUNT funds.
